It is time for the whole nation to understand that Ms Christine Holgate breaking her silence now about her treatment by her employer-Australian Postal Corporation, the Prime Minister, the Minister for Finance, the Minister for Communications, the Chairman of Australia Post and the other Australia Post Board Members could be valid in many ways.
Ms Holgate’s silence on documented corruption and crimes cover ups by numerous employees of Australia Post spanning almost FIFTEEN YEARS however is unfair, unjust and unreasonable from every angle.
On 14 June 2021 the matter that was put before her by me, while she was the Group CEO and Managing Director of Australia Post, will be fifteen years old. It has remained unresolved.
Indonesian passport was obtained on my name and then successfully used as a photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail to PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney by the criminals using Australia Post’s services in June 2006. Ms Holgate was given numerous opportunities to resolve this matter but she remained silent all along and failed to respond.
Ms Holgate failed to show any leadership to resolve the matter of my Identity Theft cover ups. Her silence on my numerous letters to her, numerous requests for a meeting with me, numerous requests to hold the wrongdoers to account, numerous requests to look at the documentary evidence of corruption and criminal activities, fabrications, manipulations, tampering of records, lying, cheating, threat to use the legal might against me by Australia Post official was ignored by her.
The use of Australia Post money, now considered as taxpayers’ money, to cover up corruption and crimes by her predecessors, ignoring the resignations of many people that were involved in the cover ups, ignoring my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture by keeping the TRUTH covered up from us, allowing her close circle colleagues to leave Australia Post jobs without holding them to account for the cover ups is all documented.
Ms Holgate also allowed Ms Nicole Sheffield EGM Community & Consumer to take up a Part time job with ABC to Chair ABC Advisory Council. This appointment is with unacceptable massive conflict of Interest. The Chair of ABC Ms Ita Buttrose AC, OBE was contacted by me but no response was ever received. Ms Sheffield has also failed to respond to my numerous letters to her. This is also the case with the Cartier watch recipient Mr Gary Starr. They both earn over a million dollars each. What is all this money for? Ms Sheffield’s last known income is $1,185, 883 and Mr Starr’s is $1, 244,340. Both ignored corruption and cover ups.
My comprehensive concerns about Australia Post are ignored by ABC for a very long time.
Ms Holgate also ignored the silence and wrongdoings of the officials of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG, both in NSW and the Headquarters of Australia Post in Melbourne and above all she ignored the SUICIDE of the State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group in Melbourne HQ. The date of this death was September 11, 2010.
This has proved that she was unfit for her job no matter how much successful she was in the other operations. She was a dismal failure because she allowed corruption to continue under her leadership. She was a very weak leader when it came to addressing corruption and crimes involving Australia Post officials.
Now she is blaming her bad treatment by others for becoming suicidal. Her own inaction on the matters that she could have easily resolved, just by talking to me, has contributed further to inflict more psychological torture on my family. Her unacceptable silence has contributed to keep the corruption and crimes covered up.
Her mental deterioration, that she has publicly disclosed by even telling the Senators what medication she is on or was on, may not have just developed in a short period of few weeks.
Please look at what she is still ignoring. I wrote to her to use Australia Post money to reopen the file of Mr Bob Croxford’s death where the cause of the death is suicide. Mr Croxford was my “Contact Person” to resolve my ID theft matter just 19 days prior to his death. Was he pressured into covering up the corruption and crimes by others? If yes, who were those people? This death was reported to Coroners Court of Victoria.
No investigation into this death will ever be complete unless I give evidence of my experience on the ongoing cover ups. The former Australia Post Group CEO and MD Mr Ahmed Fahour and his team covered up this death from me. Will anyone investigate why Mr Fahour run away from his 5.6 Million a year job? He did not resign because his remuneration became public as per his own statements.
Media made it up and linked his resignation to his 5.6 Million dollars pay packet that was fueled by our former PM the Hon Malcolm Turnbull and the former Minister for Communications the Hon Mitch Fifield. Both have quit politics.
Now the same media is linking Ms Holgate’s resignation to the Cartier watches she gifted to four employees of Australia Post. This is fueled by our current Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP and the current Minister for Communications the Hon Paul Fletcher MP.
My concerns about Australia Post officials’ wrongdoings are known to numerous people in the Parliament House. This includes successive Prime Ministers, Attorney Generals, Minister for Communications, numerous Senators, Ministers, Members of Parliament and the people in PM & C, Attorney General’s Department, Department of Communications (This is now abolished) as well.
Let me just write four names here out of many others that have quit politics. These four were made aware of my concerns about Australia Post numerous times. These four politicians were responsible to address this matter. They quit politics while in the government. Now they enjoy lucrative overseas postings.
1. The Hon Mathias Cormann former Finance Minister now Secretary-General of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
2. The Hon Mitch Fifield former Minister for Communications now Australian Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations.
3. The Hon Arthur Sinodinos AO former Senator for NSW and many other high positions- now Australian Ambassador to the United States.
4. The Hon George Brandis QC former Attorney General now Australian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom.
Documentary evidence of their failures to address Australia Post’s corruption and cover ups is available.
It is time to start eradicating the TOXIC culture in the Parliament House and the TOXIC culture in the Headquarters of Australia Post in Melbourne at the same time. Not a single Australia Post official has stood up to say this is not right or this is unacceptable or this is unlawful. This same cover up is now continued under the leadership of Mr Rodney Boys who is the Acting Group CEO of Australia Post. He could easily find out very quickly how much money was spent by Australia Post officials over the almost fifteen years to cover up the truth, cover up crimes and cover up the toxic culture in Australia Post. Mr Rodney Boys has also ignored my letters and documents to resolve this matter.
This is an unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post and our country. Numerous people have joined hands to help each other to keep the corruption covered up. Each and every democratic process to get a resolution has failed and that failure was deliberate where the decision makers did not care that they were acting corruptly and, in some cases, even criminally while making decisions.
Ms Holgate wants to clear her name. Well, she may be successful in doing that on the money spent on Cartier watches, pot plants, her accommodation costs, consultants cost and so on. She will never be successful in clearing her name until she tells the TRUTH to me and my family about why she remained silent and continues to remain silent on the corruption and crimes covers ups initiated by Australia Post officials. This was ongoing under the entire period of three years she was the Group CEO and MD. Then she resigned with IMMEDIATE EFFECT. Why?
Our PM has no authority to either appoint or terminate the employment of the CEO of Australia Post. That is the responsibility of the Board of Australia Post. Why then Ms Holgate had to resign with IMMEDIATE EFFECT no matter what the PM was saying? Why is she now talking about the legal action? Why did she say she does not want any compensation and not claim $700,000 in her entitlements? Her story is not adding up at all.
She said she was very sick. This is why the lawyer has to talk on her behalf and take the load of her stress. She said she was unlawfully stood down. Why then she hurriedly resigned?
She said her lawyers’ letters were not responded to. Well, this means she was winning and the government was weak. My letters are not responded by her. This means she is weak in addressing corruption.
Who were her advisors? Was she pressured into remaining silent? Did that affect her mental health? If she was pressured to keep the truth covered up, she must name all those who did it to her immediately. That could be the worst form of intimidation and bullying is my view.
Ms Holgate may never get away for what she has done to my family. She may never get away for abusing her powers. This is also the case with Mr. Fahour and numerous others.
Ms Holgate may not get away from her dark side that she is trying to hide. Her supporters, sympathisers, protectors, advisors, lawyers, well-wishers and doctors must know that as the CEO she had added responsibilities to be honest, moral and ethical. She had and still has the added responsibilities towards the victims of crimes-my family to help us and resolve the matter. She was responsible to respond to my letters. She was responsible to look at all the documents that are now publicly available and many more that are not shared and may never be shared but on the records of Australia Post. She did not care. She probably thought she is protected forever. Now she has realised that she is not. The part she played in ruining our lives for the further three years after taking over from Mr Fahour who did the same for seven years under his leadership is unacceptable.
Where are all those Walkley Award winners gone? Where is “Your ABC?” Four Corners, where are you?
She has failed and failed and failed all along. Not a single politician has come forward to help me and my family. NOT ONE. The silence of the politicians from all sides of politics on the unacceptable conduct of numerous employees of Australia Post including the three former CEOs and the current Acting CEO is unacceptable and that includes our Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP.
He did not respond to my single letter so far on this unresolved matter. When people of Australia own Australia Post I do not have to be the constituent of the politicians outside of my electorate. Their constituents are also affected when the toxic culture in Australia Post is detected and provided to them to act on. All have failed and this is where our democracy is getting destroyed.
No one has shown any courage to raise this in the parliament despite the matter is ongoing for almost fifteen years under successive governments.

Senator Kitching asked Ms Holgate about the purchase of Cartier watches in the Senate. All the credit she wanted to take after Ms Holgate resigned has now backfired. She even wrote an opinion piece in Herald Sun. Here is the link below.

This article by Senator the Honourable Kimberley Kitching is misleading, deceptive, unfounded and baseless. Ms Christine Holgate was allegedly sitting on a documented corruption and crimes cover ups by numerous employees of Australia Post. She inherited this from the former Group CEO and MD of Australia Post Mr Ahmed Fahour.
The readers of my comment do not have go anywhere to see the documented wrongdoings and crimes cover ups evidence that is ignored by both Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour. Please just type in Google "Petition Vasant Wagh" to see the evidence. This is my Petition to Ms Christine Holgate with the title "Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS".
The Cartier watches excuse allegedly helped Ms Holgate to make a quick run by announcing her resignation with "IMMEDIATE EFFECT". What was so urgent to resign when standing her down was against the employment laws and she already had an expert Employment Lawyer appointed by her to challenge her treatment and the call from the Prime Minister to stand down.
Please think carefully because in my view this resignation has nothing to do with what is expressed here by the Hon. Kimberley Kitching. Senator Kitching has not responded to my letters in relation to this article I sent to her. She is obviously trying to take credit for Ms Holgate's resignation based on Cartier watches she gifted to four employees of Australia Post in this article.
The truth will always come out about why Ms Holgate has resigned and also why Mr Fahour resigned abruptly. Australia Post is owned by and operated for the Australian people. We have every right to see that it is honestly operated. Many Ministers for Communications and a Finance Minister responsible for Australia Post have quit politics after failing to address the Toxic culture of corruption and cover ups in Australia Post and also in the Parliament House in these matters of my ID Theft cover ups. This comment is completely different and is full of TRUTH.

Time has come to expose the toxic culture in Australia Post, the Parliament House and also in the media. Please help us to get justice. This fight for the TRUTH has exposed many others outside of Australia Post as well.
I was ready to help Ms Holgate to expose the toxic culture in the Parliament House. The only condition was for her to tell me the truth about the cover ups by Australia Post officials-past and present. Her silence on the unacceptable conduct of numerous Australia Post officials was the reason of her downfall because she allegedly helped all these past and present employees of Australia Post to get away from their wrongdoings by allegedly abusing her authority. This is my view.
Numerous politicians are aware of this fact about Ms Holgate’s silence on the documented corruption and cover ups. They all stopped going after her with full force after she resigned.
I challenge Ms Holgate to answer my many questions with honesty, integrity and values. She is not bound by Australia Post rules of confidentiality any more. The longer she remains silent her “Suffragette White” jacket may work against her because I am not going anywhere. I will fight for justice for my family no matter how many CEOs come and go and no matter how many Prime Ministers come and go.
I will hold her and Mr Fahour to account for keeping the corruption and crimes covered by while they had all the powers to come up with the TRUTH. The gender card Ms Holgate is playing could backfire as well. Unwarranted and abrupt resignations always have something else boiling behind the scenes and Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour are no exceptions.
