My petition to Ms Christine Holgate is now marching towards 30,000 signatures. This support cannot be ignored by anyone is my view.

A brief explanation is below about what is this ongoing fight for justice and fight against the documented corruption and crimes cover up is for.

Identity theft is a worldwide problem. I am and my family members are the victims like millions of other people around Australia and around the world. The only difference here is we have not given up to know the truth for FIFTEEN long years. This is an unprecedented fight for justice and for to get the truth out about this ID theft. In the history of Australia Post and also Australia this type of ID theft cover has never happened before. 

My name is used on Indonesian Passport. It was accepted by Australia Post as a Photo ID and the criminals were successful in Redirecting my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney by telling Australia Post officials that we were changing our home. That PO Box was also successfully opened using this passport as per the information given to us by AUSTRALIA POST officials.

The matter was quickly identified as a fraud/crime by Mr Steve Gabell of Australia Post. He gathered all the information after talking to me and my family member. He said he made a comprehensive report with the REAL documents involved and handed it over to Mr. Don Kane-Investigator by even doing overtime as he was proceeding on an extended leave. Mr Kane at the time worked for Australia Post Corporate Security Group- CSG NSW in their Strawberry Hills office in Sydney. His boss was Mr. Alan Barwick JP. He was the State Manager of Australia Post CSG NSW. When the matter was handed over to them the cover ups started on 16 June 2006 and have never ended to this date. In 10 more days, this unresolved matter will be Fifteen years old and UNRESOLVED.

During this time numerous people got involved and each one of them played a part in keeping the truth covered up. This is why this matter became the knowledge of people in the Parliament House, Australia Post HQ, NSW and Federal Police, Administrative Decisions Tribunal, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, NSW and Commonwealth Ombudsman, NSW government, NSW Premiers office, NSW Information and Privacy Commission and many employees working in these places.

Every possible democratic process used to get the truth out failed and that failure was deliberate, calculated and intentional. Fortunately, all those that have acted corruptly, dishonestly, allegedly unlawfully, unethically, unfairly and unreasonably know the part they have played in the cover ups. Judicial corruption, police corruption, criminal misconduct of many decision makers and corrupt conduct of people in the watchdogs is also documented.

Please note once again that this is an UNPRECEDENTED matter and also unprecedented cover up that is not ending. The fight for getting the truth out will continue with the same dedication, force, passion and perseverance that has never faded over the years. The passage of time does not diminish the strength of the case and investigations requirements of the premeditated criminal activities that are known to many past and present Australia Post officials and numerous others outside of Australia Post as well.

In the interest of our democracy, in the interest of judicial and police integrity, in the interest of the people of this nation and the world this cancer of corruption needs to be exposed. It has seen many people in Australia Post running away from their long term and well-paid jobs, many politicians abruptly quitting politics, many ombudsmen cutting short their terms and going, many portfolio Ministers responsible for Australia Post leaving.

Ms Christine Holgate and Mr Ahmed Fahour are among many others that have resigned their highly paid and prestigious jobs. Those resignations are worth investigating as both of them remained silent during their times as the MDs and CEOs of Australia Post on the documented corruptions and crimes cover ups.

The reasons given by both of them for their abrupt resignations, in my view, DO NOT ADD UP.

Today, I am providing a documentary evidence of how Ms Peta Credlin has failed to give me a voice and respond to my numerous letters since she was the Chief of Staff of the Leader of the Opposition the Hon Tony Abbott and then Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister the Hon Tony Abbott and now as the Sky News Commentator.

Ms Credlin has given a platform to Ms Holgate but my numerous requests to Sky News and Ms Credlin have been ignored by both Sky News and Ms Credlin. Where is their honesty, integrity, impartiality and values gone?

Dear Ms Credlin,

Previously I have received a letter from you while the Hon Tony Abbott was the Leader of the Opposition. That letter had your signature in your capacity as the Chief of Staff of Mr Abbott. You have not responded for all this time about the authenticity of that letter. This is also the case with Mr Tony Nutt and Mr Brian Loughnane while they were the Federal Directors of Liberal Party. That is also the case with Mr. Abbott as well.

I want to raise that with the people of this nation when I feel it necessary as you remained silent all along about that letter which was in response to my letter to Mr Abbott.

You are now on Sky Channel. You are out of politics. You are free to air my concerns about my ID theft cover ups. Can you please give me a voice? You are expected to be independent and impartial when it comes to using your position on a television.

I have contacted you many times before but no help and assistance was received. Below is my latest update on Change.org. platform where the lack of response to my numerous letters to the Hon Malcolm Turnbull is mentioned.

It is time to find out why this Identity theft is covered up for fourteen years. Who are the criminals? Why they need to be protected?

I have not given up from June 2006. This is an unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post and also Australia where systemic cover up is not ending. Fortunately, numerous documents are available to prove the wrongdoings of many people inside and also outside of Australia Post.

One person, that was a decision maker as the FOI Commissioner in my matters and engaged in alleged criminal misconduct while making a decision where he falsely called my application to review Australia Post’s FOI decision as Lacking in Substance by falsifying a date in my Review application is now Official Secretary, Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety. He is Dr. James Popple from the Federal Attorney General’s department.

I request you to take interest in this matter if you have interest in addressing the highest-level ongoing dishonesty, corrupt conduct, unethical behaviour and so on in our country.

Your silence and lack of response has not deterred me at all to keep going. This matter has the potential to eradicate corruption on a massive scale in Australia.

The following is my update posted yesterday on 5 December 2020. If anyone that has linked Ms Holgate’s resignation to the Cartier watches she gave as gifts please show courage and give me a voice to find the truth behind her resignation.

Not a single elected representative has come forward to denounce the ongoing corruption and cover ups at Australia Post. This fight for justice is not going to stop.

If you consider yourself as honest, moral and ethical media which is not biased then you need not have any problems to write about my petition to Ms Holgate who was the Group CEO and MD of Australia Post.

Mr Ahmed Fahour also quit his job after just 7 years and he failed to resolve this matter as well. His 5.6 million remuneration was linked to his resignation and that was baseless as well.

The unprecedented Identity theft cover ups spanning over 15 years is documented. None of you have responded so far but the fact that Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour have resigned with baseless excuses is not going to change for ever.

These two millionaires have shown complete disregard to their responsibilities while working for Australia Post in relation to my ID theft cover up matters. They will never be able to justify their failures in this regard is my view.

The deep-rooted corruption in Australia Post to keep the truth covered up will be exposed at a pace that could be slow but it will be continuous and consistent because I have limited time because of my work.

If you think the people that are fighting for justice are worth listening to then this is your opportunity. The following is my letter to the parliamentarians. It has been sent to many but not all of them.

The Hon Senators, the Hon Ministers and the Hon Members of Parliament

My family’s fight for justice for the past FIFTEEN years has exposed toxic culture in many places. If you continue to ignore this toxic culture of protecting the wrongdoers it will only get more and more exposed. I request you all to take serious notice of the corruption cover up culture as seen by me very seriously. One day the people of this nation may tell you all directly that your silence on corruption and cover ups is detrimental to the democracy in our country.

My family has suffered and one day this letter to you all will come handy to prove who took interest and who did not to address this matter that is known to numerous people in our country.

The number of Senators acting as great supporters of Ms Christine Holgate have failed to address unacceptable conduct of numerous Australia Post officials including Ms Holgate and Mr Ahmed Fahour-her predecessor.

All those in the media that are supporting Ms Holgate are failing to address my concerns about her for a very long time.

If Ms Holgate spending $19950 on Cartier watches for giving gifts was so wrong then why are you ignoring her silence and Mr Fahour’s silence on money spent over almost fifteen years by using their resources, using their own lawyers and their own staff on allegedly protecting numerous wrongdoers in Australia Post under their leaderships for TEN years? This was Seven years under Mr Fahour and Three years under Ms Holgate.

The unacceptable conduct of numerous people is documented.

Ms Peta Credlin has not shown any courage to take anyone in relation to this ID theft cover ups to account including Ms Holgate. The soft approach and the platform given to Ms Holgate is only one-sided story of Ms Holgate’s resignation.

I challenge Ms Holgate and Ms Credlin to give me a voice and the opportunity to question them on Sky News about their own silence on this matter for many years.

Ms Credlin can also ask the Hon Paul Fletcher MP-Minister for Communications to join as well so that we can hear from all of them about the unresolved matters.

Please note the following:

1.Ms Holgate wants an apology for her treatment but she does not want to give an apology to Wagh Family for fifteen years of documented corruption and crimes cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials.

2. Ms Holgate wants to see what legal options she has to get compensation but ignored judicial corruption in my matters where Australia Post officials were present in AAT including their external lawyer to respond to the hidden documents and falsified documents.

3. Ms Holgate wants to blame everyone else for her resignation when she had every opportunity to refuse to stand down and continue working as normal and to see who was prepared to stop her from going to work.

4. Ms Holgate wants to convey to all that she is a victim when she had all the money to fight unacceptable conduct of many including the PM but failed to show leadership and courage. Why?

5. Ms Holgate remained silent on documented corruption and cover ups of numerous people in Australia Post all along and that is the knowledge of numerous people in the Parliament House. She does not want to talk about that to anyone.

6. Ms Holgate says her standing down was unlawful. Well, why she resigned then? No one asked her to resign from the Board of Australia Post. PM has NO authority to either appoint or terminate Australia Post CEO. That is the responsibility of the Board of Australia Post.

7. Ms Holgate continuously talks about how she wanted to reward her fellow employees by giving them something special like Cartier Watches and Not money but then when asked will she reward people with watches again she does not answer that question with Yes or No. Why? If she had all the authority to pay up to $150,000 to each person why she stops saying that she will do it again because that was the decision she was entitled to make. Ms Holgate is worried about the Pub Test failure on her gifts of watches. What will happen if her silence on the corruption and crimes cover ups becomes public outside of my petition? It will fail all the tests.

8. Ms Holgate says she has learned from this experience. What has she learned? Will she keep remaining silent on corruption and crimes cover ups despite the buck stopped with her?

9. Ms Holgate has learnt one thing for sure. She was using taxpayers’ money. Well, then why she is hiding how much of that taxpayers’ money was used to cover ups crimes and corruption for the past fifteen years in this matter of my ID theft cover ups?  

Ms Credlin, can you please give me a platform like that given to Ms Holgate by you? You are no longer in the Parliament House. You are expected to know the toxic culture in that building more than me but I have experienced it for many years now. Will you hide it or expose it? Can you please come clean about my ID Theft that you ignored all along? Can you please use your Sky News to improve the quality of democracy in this country?

I am a migrant just like Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour. I do not have money like them. I fight corruption. If I had money like them, I could have used full page ads in the news papers to expose corruption. They both have allegedly breached their own rules while heading Australia Post. They have breached their own moral and ethical responsibilities for TEN long years by protecting wrongdoers in Australia Post.

Ms Holgate said she was suicidal but then ignored the suicide of Mr Bob Croxford all along despite he was my contact person. Mr Fahour hide that death from me. Where are their morals? Why they are ignoring my family’s fight for justice where they were directly responsible for addressing corruption in their own Headquarters of Australia Post?

Why is Ms Holgate failing to tell me if my solicitor received a fraudulent letter from Mr Paul Gardner with the possible forged signature of Mr Gardner?

Why the whole media including yourself are silent Ms Credlin? Do you have answers or you will just keep remaining silent like Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour?

Dear Supporters,

This fight for justice and fight against corruption deserves answers from the people responsible to address it. Simply resigning and leaving the job is not going to help anyone is my view.

The platform given to Ms Holgate and not to me only exposes media for their lack of honesty, integrity and values.

I want to see what Ms Credlin has to say about giving me a platform to show that she is impartial because she is no longer in the Parliament House. She is no longer the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister and she has her own Sky Channel Platform. If she fails to use that platform honestly, ethically and fairly she will no doubt lose her credibility very badly is my view.

The copy of this update will be sent to Ms Credlin and Sky News and I will let my supporters know what she does with this update and my concerns about Ms Holgate and her.

Please keep supporting and commenting. Please share this update with many others because this is a public interest matter. ID Thefts must be resolved and criminals brought to justice. In my view numerous people know who the criminals are in my ID theft matters. Why they are protected is the question the people of this nation and the world need to ask to those that are actively covering up the truth.

The right place to start is Australia Post and now Mr Rodney Boys is Acting MD and CEO. He has many questions to answer because he is on the wrong path by remaining silent on the cover ups. He will know how much money, time, resources, legal might, legal costs and travel costs were incurred by Australia Post officials to cover up this matter. It will be multiple times on what was spent on Cartier watches and still everyone is silent on the cover ups that are not stopping.

This petition is now signed and supported by 29,153 people from across Australia. I thank all of them and request them to keep the momentum going to hold the people to account. We all own Australia Post and we cannot allow it to be corrupt at any time for any reasons whatsoever.
