Why is Lady Justice blindfolded?
Lady Justice is a well-known symbol of our justice system. She proudly holds scales, which represent the weighing of evidence on its own merit. The blindfold represents our justice system being blind to a person's wealth, power, gender and race.
The whole country is hearing from Ms Christine Holgate- the former Group CEO and Managing Director of Australia Post about her resignation, her bullying by the Prime Minister, fabrication and cheating by the Chair of Australia Post Mr Lucio Di Bartolomeo, how her continuing with her job became untenable, how she was humiliated, how she became suicidal, how her standing down was unlawful, how she is now considering legal action on her employer- Australia Post, how no one else should be treated like she was in any employment, how she loved her job, how she was successful in getting 240 million dollars out of three major banks and others and got the Bank at Post business benefitting Licenced Post Offices, how successful she was, how the four employees that were given Cartier watches as gifts deserved to be recognised, how the former Chair approved the gifts, how she is now back even though not with Australia Post and how she will make people accountable for the bad treatment she received.
The media came to Ms Holgate’s rescue, the TV stations, ABC, Newspapers, the LPO operators, many politicians, and millions of Australians saw that she was not treated properly and that was all fine.
What the majority of the people of this country do not know is her alleged dark side where she was allegedly sitting on the documented corruption and crimes cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials back in June 2006.
My Identity is used on Indonesian passport that Australia Post accepted and allowed criminals to redirect my entire family’s mail to a fraudulently opened PO Box on my name. There was an envelope on my name that the postman did not deliver due to the incorrect house number 38 on it that does not exist in the street we live in. This envelope had a cheque on my name inside. Australia Post is hiding it from June 2006.
My wife was treated badly by her employer back in 2005 and just like Ms Holgate she also appointed a lawyer to get answers from her employer. Those answers did not come just like Ms Holgate failed to get answers. My wife wanted a “Conduct Committee” appointed to hear her but that did not eventuate. Ms. Holgate wanted someone to hear her but that did not happen.
Then my family’s mail was redirected using a passport of Indonesia as a Photo ID. The corruption to cover it up started by Australia Post officials and Ms Holgate remained silent despite my numerous requests to her to resolve this matter after the dismal failures of her two predecessors to resolve it. They are Mr. Graeme T. John and Mr. Ahmed Fahour. Now her successor is also failing to resolve it. He is Mr Rodney Boys.
I first contacted Ms Holgate on 11 January 2018. I am sharing my first email to her. It is provided below. She did not respond. Included in this email was the Radio interview link. The former Australia Post Corporate Security Group State Manager for NSW/ACT Mr. Alan Barwick JP is speaking with Mr. Ross Greenwood of Radio 2 GB. This link used to have a photo of Mr. Ross Greenwood but since he left 2GB that photo has been removed and replaced.
Mr Barwick was directly responsible for helping us but he failed to help. He was the boss of the investigator Mr. Don Kane who is also involved in the cover ups. On top of this many fabricated documents supplied to us by Australia Post to allegedly cover ups corruption and crimes are certified by Mr. Barwick as a JP. He did not disclose his conflict of interest on Australia Post documents her certified as the “True copies of the originals” where originals were fabricated ones. The REAL ones are still hidden from us for the past FIFTEEN YEARS.
Ms Holgate is allegedly protected by the media, Australia Post’s numerous officials, many in the Parliament House including the office of the PM & C, Department of Communications, numerous Ministers, Senators and Members of Parliament including my local Federal Member of Parliament the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP for her unacceptable silence on documented wrongdoings of numerous people within and also outside of Australia Post.
Her resignation in my view has NOTHING to do with the Cartier watches she gifted. That amount is probably a tiny fraction of the money spent by Australia Post officials over a FIFTEEN-year period to cover up the TRUTH about the crimes that they identified.
No one from any side of the politics is ready to question Ms Holgate, Mr. Fahour and now Mr. Boys and numerous other Australia Post officials about the cover ups that started from 15 June 2006 and have never ended.
Ms. Holgate took the easy option to allegedly run away from her job at Australia Post. She knew that there was no chance for her to get it back because her unacceptable conduct is very well known to numerous people in the Parliament House for number of years.
Her leadership failed when it came to hold her own people to account that were covering up corruption and crimes. Many have left their jobs at Australia Post. Why did she do nothing to hold them to account and then resigned herself like many others did?
This matter is not going to rest and I will try my best to hold each one of them to account that contributed in the cover ups. It will not matter where they go after leaving Australia Post and it will not matter how much money they have and how many friends they have in the Parliament House. Covering up crimes is also a crime which Ms Holgate knows very well and Mr. Fahour knows very well and Mr Boys also knows very well.
Why is the media silent? Why are the politicians silent? Why is Ms. Holgate and Mr. Fahour and Mr. Boys silent? Where are all those Senators that behaved like Ms. Holgate’s protectors and her mouth piece? These are the same Senators that know about my concerns about Australia Post for many years. Is Ms Holgate their constituent? What stopped them from giving me a voice? Where are all the TWELVE Senators for New South Wales? Why are they silent? Why they do not give me a voice when it is their job to do so. Why they do not stand up in the Senate to represent me and my family? Where is their honesty, integrity and values? Why they fail to ask questions to Ms Holgate and others?
The whole Senate enquiry became politicised beyond belief. Ms. Holgate was given a platform that is denied to me. Ms. Holgate got the support that is denied to me. Ms Holgate could be easily compared with the Bank CEOs that resigned after making millions for the banks they headed. The Royal Commission exposed the Bank CEO’s. My fight for justice, without a Royal Commission, has exposed Ms Holgate, Mr Fahour and numerous other Australia Post officials for their alleged wrongdoings, breaching their own rules, ethical standards, Corporate Governance, corruption solving and reporting responsibilities, ignoring my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture and then RESIGNING. Who will investigate them?
These two migrants-Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour who made millions in the country they made their home have allegedly breached the laws of Australia while heading Australia Post. Who will investigate them? Where are our ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES gone? Where is “Your ABC”?
Ms Ita Buttrose AC, OBE has appointed Australia Post’s EGM Ms Nicole Sheffield as the Chair of the ABC Advisory Council. The independence and impartiality of ABC went into flames as Ms Sheffield has failed to address corruption and crimes cover ups after talking over from Ms Christine Corbett as the EGM Community and Consumer. Ms Holgate obviously approved this appointment as it took place while Ms Holgate was with Australia Post.
No wonder Ms Buttrose and others at ABC do not respond to my letters with serious concerns about Ms Holgate, Mr Fahour and many others at Australia Post. This matter is ripe to have series of “Four Corners” programmes because the corruption and cover ups are spread like a cancer everywhere in the country to cover up my Identity theft TRUTH. ID Theft is a massive PUBLIC INTEREST matter all over the world. Why is then our Media silent? Why is ABC silent? Where are you Ms Sheffield? Ms Sheffield failed to respond to my many letters and continued the wrong path taken by Ms Corbett.
Dear Supporters, the following is my first letter to Ms. Holgate. She did not respond and did not care about the unresolved matter.
Please help my family to get justice. Please sign my petition in large numbers and please do not hesitate to ask questions. Any questions that are to the point and in relation to my petition and updates will be answered.
Ms Christine Corbett has left Australia Post’s $1.2 Million a year job after denying any corruption and crimes cover ups after 27 years at Australia Post. She was challenged by me to come clean but she took the easy path of resigning just like Ms Holgate and Mr. Fahour did.
It does not matter where she works, she will be made accountable as she was the Chief Customer Officer at Australia Post and failed to act to resolve this matter. She was made Acting EGM Community and Consumer before Ms Sheffield took over.
It is time to clean up Australia Post HQ. Many have already left but some involved are still sticking to their jobs.
I hope Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour and now Mr. Rodney Boys will not take any risk of remaining silent on corruption and crimes cover ups. The passage of time has NOT diminished the strength of this case. In fact, this matter has become so strong that the people involved are running away from their well-paid and long-term jobs with Australia Post.
If Ms Holgate continues her silence on corruption and crimes cover ups, any sympathy the people of this nation may have for her could rapidly evaporate is my view. Her RESIGNATION linked to Cartier watches will be proven as No.1 FAKE NEWS of the year 2020 in the very near future.
I will share my other letters to Ms Holgate, the media and the politicians as the time goes if this matter remains unresolved. I am sure my support will keep on rising as the ordinary people of Australia are fed up that no matter who is in the government the corruption is not curbed. If Nobody is above the law then who will hold the law breakers to account?
It is the people power that will make a change. That people power is now required as millionaires should not get away from their wrongdoings. Corruption eradication in our country is now a priority because our politicians are dismally failing to address the high-level corruption. This is my view.

This is to congratulate you for taking up this job with Australia Post where the people of this nation are the owners. There is no other business like Australia Post in our country. Your decision to provide your email address to the owners-cum-customers is the sign that you want to listen to them. I highly appreciate this decision and I am sure you will never fail if you listen to the people of this nation and allow them to reach you without the brick walls built around your office.
This email is my first email to you therefore I will keep it short and come with my serious issues with Australia Post later. The following is the link for you to listen to. Mr Alan Barwick who is speaking with Mr Ross Greenwood of 2GB Radio was the State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW/ACT. He is also Justice of the Peace. His boss in Australia Post’s Melbourne Headquarters at the time was Late Mr Robert aka Bob Croxford. It came to my attention just a few months ago that the cause of death of Late Mr Croxford was suicide. He was Australia Post’s Group Manager CSG Headquarters. Mr Bob Croxford's name was provided to me as the Contact person by Mr Paul Burke who was Corporate Secretary at the time. He is now managing your office along with other responsibilities.
At the present time you are surrounded by many people, that I will name later, aware of this unresolved matter and also aware of my fight to get justice for my family and fight to relieve us from the ongoing pain and suffering and psychological torture that started in June 2006. Both Mr Barwick and Mr Croxford were responsible along with many others to tell us the truth and resolve the unresolved matters that are now over 11 years old and still ongoing and unresolved. It is an unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post and perhaps the whole country.
I will prepare a brief for you and then seek an appointment with you to see if you want to give me a voice. There are numerous people in Australia Post and outside Australia Post with conflict of interest and Mr Paul Burke is one of them is my view. Mr Alan Barwick JP is also among them despite leaving the job at Australia Post many years ago.
I do not expect you to show this email to anyone else as there could be many that you could be relying on with your day-to-day work and with conflict of interest in this matter.
If you really want to make Australia Post the best GBE and the most respected and the most transparent then the starting point will be to listen to the people that have suffered because of the documented systemic corruption where that corruption and the crimes covers ups started by Australia Post’s past and present employees.
I will help you to restore the lost trust in this GBE by numerous people in this country. You are expected to look into one of the most senior persons cause of death and how this could be prevented in the future no matter what the findings by the coroner were.
Only three letters are attached here. The one dated 18 September 2010 is only the first and the last page. If you want to read the remaining 40 pages, please feel free to ask and you need not ask others to provide those to you so that they will not be alerted.
I wish you all the best and look forward to help you as I am a loyal customer of Australia Post from 1985 since I first arrived here with my family on employer nomination as there was and still is shortage of people in my field of work in the country that we have made our home.
My fight and desire is to restore the derailed democracy of our country back on the tracks, eradicate corruption on many levels but starting from the highest levels first and to see that the elected representatives do the job of serving the people of this country all the time and never deviate from that path while I simultaneously fight for justice for my family.
Australia Post has spent enormous amount of time, money, manpower and legal might-internal and external to cover up what was a simple matter that was identified as criminal and fraudulent straight away by the employees of Australia Post. The cover up and the cancer of corruption that then spread within and outside Australia Post will not only shock you but also give you an enormous encouragement to study it and then to find the way to resolve it and to see that this will never ever happen again.
We will not need a Federal ICAC for this matter to get resolved or addressed or exposed as there is over 11 years of alleged systemic corruption already documented.
I hope we together bring a change and make our country No.1 on the Transparency International Corruption Perception Index in the next few years. We have slipped to Rank 13 and that will get worse if we do nothing.
My fighting for justice needs to be shared and if you want me to share my efforts and fight to get the truth out that is still hidden from my family you can make arrangements for me to present that to the people of this country. You will know better how that could be done. It will be the best money that Australia Post will spend if the people like me are given the voice they deserve because our politicians have failed to do their job for all these years.

This was the end of my first email to Ms Holgate
At this point in time Mr. Fahour’s inner circle people continued to be in the inner circle of Ms Holgate. Ms Holgate ignored my email but I continued to give her more and more opportunities to resolve this matter. She continued to remain silent despite people involved started to leave Australia Post jobs.
Dear Supporters,
We own Australia Post. Just like Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour, the portfolio Ministers responsible for Australia Post have also gone. They are Mr. Mitch Fifield, Mr Mathias Cormann and before that Mr Malcom Turnbull and prior to that Mr. Stephen Conroy.
It is time to expose the toxic culture in the Parliament House because this is the building where we expect our democracy will be protected, the quality and the strength of democracy will be enhanced and people are given the voice for which the politicians get paid for.
The lost trust in the politicians and the declining standards of democracy has become a serious threat to the ordinary people of this country and their freedoms.
This unprecedented matter has the potential to start a massive clean up in Australia Post and also in the Parliament House. The documentary evidence of what I am saying will keep coming. The HQ of Australia Post cannot have corrupt people in any positions. If the in-house lawyers of Australia Post are breaching the laws, then it is time to expose them as well.
It is time for Mr. Boys to come clean right now otherwise he will compromise his position just like Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour if he follows the same wrong path taken by them for TEN years between them.
Please help to fight against injustice, corruption and cover ups. We, together, can make a change.

I thank all of them for this support. There were 438 additional supporters this week alone after people read how Ms Peta Credlin failed to give me a voice while giving Ms Holgate a voice. How could you trust her and Sky news for this unacceptable bias and discrimination?
