Gutsies is an Orleans-based bakery and shop for gluten-free goodies, and they have recently opened up a location in Kanata, too. The team has let us know that they plan to carry a limited range of dairy+gluten free goodies, brought in from Strawberry Blonde, and from L'Artisan Delices (MTL). But when we asked them why they aren't making more dairy+gluten free items, they said:

-There aren't customers asking for them

-They don't taste the same

There are a couple of issues here:

1. Those of us seeking dairy+gluten free treats already access Strawberry Blonde at their own locations, and we don't really want or need more of the same!
2. There are definitely customers out there that need both dairy AND gluten free items! We just haven't been vocal!
3. They can definitely taste as good with a little work!
