Under the "Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972" , the trade of wild animals is considered to be an offence and a crime for which there are suitable punishments , in India trade of wild animals from Indian hares to Himalayan black bear is openly happening , unfortunately are government and the system is not efficient to control these activities , I want to grant a petition to the minster of forest and environment proposing to put more strict rules against those who trade wildlife , in India people are selling wild animals like Black-naped Hare( Indian hare), green bee eater , parakeets , owlets ,snakes and turtles.
Today in India everyday wild animals are being traded just for the purpose of leisure, this is resulting violation and disturbance of flora and fauna, today because of human enchantments wild animals have really declined in their population , it is our duty as a human being to protect and respect the wild life and keep it undisturbed .
