Hi.

I am now back on Porto Santo island for a short break and am pleased to say that i have seen many dogs that have families and are cared for this time. You will see them taking the dogs for a walk along the promenade or sitting in parks with them.

I think i may have only seen two or three stray dogs running along the seafront. I have however witnessed some dogs that are tied up in yards and looking after factor/warehouse buildings.This is very bad and the problem needs addressing with the government when we finally take the petitions in for debate.
