I wanted to share some facts about the work of PAN political party of Portugal with you.

They are a normal political party in the sense that they deal with everyday issues, ie: polution of the seas with plastic. education issues, health issues, but above all else animal welfare issues.

They have recently done well in the elections and have gained parliamentary seats, so they are now considered a serious party.

Their main aim regarding animal welfare is to stop Bullfighting, They are also concerned with banning farm animals from travelling long distances.

I am now working alongside their lawyer Joao Frietas regarding the stray dogs on Madeira, and he is preparing all the necessary legal  paperwork in order to present the two petitions to the government.He is shortly to begin working with the government and he will then have a bigger influence on the outcome of this petition as a result of that.
