Every day we rely on animals without knowing it. Animals help us maintain a proper functioning earth. Sustainable hunting can be very fun and, wildlife tourism helps communities have a stable source of income.

People may also want to study animals but, if they are extinct, it will be hard to study them. Animals help trees that stop desertification and serious climate change.

Pesticides and industrial pollutants can also poison humans as well as wildlife. The people with the most power, can have the most effect. However, if we all band together, we can have a giant effect.

Imagine it! If people and wildlife coexisted, the water would be cleaner, the air would be less dirty, and the ground would be more fertile.

If we didn't help the earth, the big cities would be weakened, and the poor people will be destitute. The world would be a dirty place. Everyone would be poor. 

We can prevent this by using less plastic and donating to organizations like WWF and Nature Conservancy. People could use some of their land to create a small wildlife refuge. 

Animals can make help people with their undiscovered secrets. Like scientists are trying to understand how cancer gene boosts deer antler growth. One type of animal in Papua New Guenia even revealed a way to cure cancer!
