I have been one of the lucky ones, who has been born with both a mental and a physical disability and I believe that apart from the overall so called "special treatment" that people who have disabilities, whether they are mentally or physically disabled, and in most cases cannot work and lead a productive and happy career as a result of this, those who are afflicted simply cannot afford the best quality of entertainment and social interaction that stems from either one type of gaming console or another, or even the ability to afford a recently released laptop or desktop computer.

Especially those laptops and often self built Pc's which can cost anywhere between $200 all the way up to over $2,000. It gets even worse when you consider that the rate of exchange in third world countries (like in South Africa, for example) is a place where the exchange rate to the US Dollar is hovering somewhere between 15:1 or even, like now, 20:1.
