Josh Disbrow continuously withholds information from investors; however, when he needed to raise cash, he pumped the stock with PR near-daily to capitalize on the COVID-19 initial outbreak.

Today on the conference call, Josh Disbrow said a patient survived from being treated with the experimental therapeutic Headlight, yet gave offered no data to support his claim. This is just another example of his efforts to mislead his shareholders.

We plea that the securities and exchange commission to investigate the irregularities in this stock's trading partner to ensure investor confidence in the market.
