We as Coloradoans should legally be able to own foxes without any special licenses, given that the owner of the fox can responsibly do so and is liable for all damages. We should not have to get a business license to own a fox.

Currently in Colorado you can't own a pet fox without getting a business license and taking some legal loopholes. This petition is here to legalize the ownership of foxes as pets. Obviously, the owner would be responsible for any and all damages and issues their pet would cause. 

Unlike other animals you can't own, foxes aren't aggressive creatures. They are silly and playful, benevolent animals.
