Whereas:

The City of Ottawa has abandoned its people to a mob.

They have declared that they cannot police the downtown.

The police have shown more support to the convoy protestors than the public.

They have allowed massive trucks to take over a large part of downtown Ottawa.

Citizens are harassed and subjected to noise without end.

They have provided no plan or deadline to take back the city.

The people of Ottawa are left on their own while the police are too afraid to confront the mob.

The police are not ticketing the people occupying Ottawa even when they are as far south as the Queensway or as far east as King Edward.

Therefore:

In the spirit of truth and representing the character of the leadership of Ottawa, the “snowball” flag of the city should be replaced with the flag of surrender. We can call it the blizzard flag if we want to keep the snow reference.

The official symbol of the city should be replaced with a logo of a white bedsheet on a stick.

Duration:

Once our current leadership (Mayor and police chief) are replaced we can return to our previous symbols.
