I  am 9 years old and I want to ban plastic water bottles in New York City to decrease the amount of plastic in the ocean. Did you know that by 2050 there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish ? Sea creatures die from eating plastic. Only about one third of plastic bottles get recycled. Another one third end up in landfills. The last third ends up in the ocean.
