There are many young working couples in the area with young children who need this civic facility for the caretaking of their children. This location is ideal for the elderly of the family to take over the drop-off/pick-up runs with the children. 

As a sizable and serving community of Canada and Surrey in particular and in spirit of communal camaraderie, we implore on the authorities to please grant the nod of approval to this community endeavor, for the safe and sound upbringing of our children and our peace of mind.
