Reintroduce JARVIS to the MCU

The issue

J.A.R.V.I.S, short for Just A Rather Very Intelligent System is (or was) Tony Stark's trusty copilot ever since the very first Iron Man movie. He won the audience's hearts with his sarcasm and banter with Tony, which in spite of his voice-only presence turned him into one of the most important highlights of the Iron Man films. We feel that his death in the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe film, Avengers: Age of Ultron, was not dealt with in a way that provided an explanation, nor necessitated the birth of the Vision. Without J.A.R.V.I.S, we feel that any future MCU films will be missing an important key character, not only for the film but for the character of Tony Stark. We petition Marvel Studios to reconsider killing off J.A.R.V.I.S and to reintroduce him in upcoming Marvel films which will both delight audiences and preserve the entertaining friendship between himself and Tony Stark.
