Marijuana should be decriminalized because they punishment doesnt match the crime. Marijuana is a medicine that helps many and is one of the less dangerous drugs in society. There have been many studies that show that marijuana is not as bad as many make it out to be. If it were decriminalized it would help stop the problem of over crowding in our prisons across the country and save money by not organizing raids that only recover a medicinal marijuana user that was causing nobody harm.
