This page has been set up as part of an ongoing research project at Florida Atlantic University about 'margins' and how people around the world have been marginalized (estranged. alienated)  This research was conducted in specific for a graduate level graphic design seminar class. 
The people of Sri Lanka have suffered immeasurable, untold violations of their fundamental human rights. The worst of these abuses are horrific acts of torture and the systematic abuse of women and children. 
Much work needs to done to begin the process of seeking justice for the victims and survivors.
