Thanks to organizations like the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), we understand that in the United States alone, about 670,000 shelter dogs are euthanized annually. Such staggering statistics raise fears about the fate of dogs globally.

We ask governments globally to commit to putting laws and measures in place that will promote the safety and welfare of all dogs.
