Campaign Origin: The Catalyst for Change

​This campaign was born out of a firsthand breakdown in public service. When I visited a Social Security Administration field office, I needed internet access to verify and manage the digital records required for my visit. After asking to connect to Wi-Fi, I was not only denied, but met with immediate hostility, escorted off the premises, and issued a ban.

​Experiencing that level of mistreatment exposed a glaring systemic flaw: citizens are being penalized, turned away, and treated like adversaries simply for needing the digital tools required to navigate modern bureaucracy. Instead of letting that injustice stand, this initiative turns that experience into a national push for basic, secure public infrastructure.
