I'm rideshare driver ( uber / DiDi driver ) 

I arrived at property to pick up initially 3 passengers 

I refuse 4 th passenger on basis on drunk and becoming quite disoriented 

The passenger's in my car become very aggressive and start threatening me while refusing  leave my vehicle as I stop ride due health and safety 

I called police for assistance took over 40 mins for someone to attend 

20 min mark of call I was punched in face which offender was sentenced to jail 

But police witnessed whole interaction but still look too long to attend scene 

Bare in mind 5 mins away from Werribee station Victoria
