PETITION FOR JAYSIE’S LAW

Protect Georgia’s Children from Predators Who Target Them Through Adults

Every child deserves to be safe from exploitation—no matter how a predator tries to reach them.

In Georgia, there is currently a devastating loophole in the law:

An adult can approach a parent or guardian and attempt to arrange access to a child for the purpose of grooming, coercion, or even marriage—and it may not be considered a crime.

This loophole nearly cost a child her future.

Timothy Allore, aged 64 (who has aliases the police refuse to share with us) openly admitted in court that he tried to “buy” a child named Jaysie, claiming he was “sent by God” to marry her and have children with her. He didn’t contact Jaysie directly. He approached her family. And because the law only criminalizes direct solicitation of a minor or sexually explicit communication, he walked free.

This must change.

We are demanding the creation of Jaysie’s Law—a legislative amendment that would:

1. Criminalize any attempt to solicit or negotiate access to a minor through another adult, including for grooming, romantic, sexual, or exploitative purposes;

2. Close loopholes that allow predators to use religious language, spiritual claims, or non-explicit offers to mask their intentions;

3. Ensure attempted arrangements made through parents, guardians, or third parties are prosecutable with the same severity as direct solicitation of a minor.

This is not just about Jaysie. This is about every child who is vulnerable to manipulation, coercion, and adult delusion disguised as “spiritual missions” or “relationships.”

Predators do not deserve loopholes. Children deserve protection.

Sign below to demand Georgia lawmakers pass Jaysie’s Law. Help us send the message: if you come for our children—even through their parents—you will face the full power of the law.
