Blowgun hunting is the oldest primitive method of hunting besides longbow hunting. The blowgun consists of a pipe 4/5 feet long, in which a razor dart (broadhead) is put in the barrel, and ejected via air from the persons lungs. 
The AGFC has no mention of this primitive method of hunting listed as legal/illegal. The Native Americans used these blowguns to take down bear, buffalo, deer, rabbit, quail, squirrel, and even elk. this is not your kids typical blowgun, this is a “Cold Steel” blowgun, shooting a .625 razor sharp broadhead. 
I would like to make this a legal method of hunting, seeing how our Native American ancestors used the blowgun as their primary weapon for hunting. It is not illegal to hunt with a primitive bow, such as a longbow/recurve, so I would think it would be legal to hunt with another primitive weapon…such as a blowgun. 

 Why would it be legal to use a weapon that uses gun powder, but not the air from our own lungs?

The state is stripping the people of our primitive methods of hunting, they are trying to erase the history of our Native American ancestors… I am hoping to change that.
