Petition updateMake hospice funding a national priority

60,000 voices — now Parliament must act

Thank you.

Because of your support, we are now reaching an extraordinary 60,000 signatures for Britain’s hospices.

That is more than a milestone. It feels like a tipping point.

We deliberately gave our new Prime Minister his first week back. But hospice leaders are continuing to warn about the immediate pressures facing services and how long sustainable reform may still take.

Every day now matters.

This week, we are asking the hundreds of supportive Parliamentarians to raise the issue repeatedly inside Parliament.

You can help too.

🏛️ Find your MP here:
https://members.parliament.uk/FindYourMP

Please email them in your own words and ask:

“Prime Minister, will you personally receive this national hospice petition and make sustainable hospice funding a national priority?”

If you’re happy to, please copy me in:
cdalby@boxpower.org.uk

You can also send the same message directly to the Prime Minister’s Office here:
https://contact.no10.gov.uk/

In the coming weeks, I hope to take these 60,000 voices to Downing Street and ask the Prime Minister to receive the petition in person.

The public support is there.
The cross-party support is there.

Now we need action.

And it is only thanks to fabulous, kind-hearted people like you that, this time, we may just get there.

❤️ Britain’s hospices cannot wait.
