We are trying hard to survive in down market of real estate. Magicbricks.com is an advertising platform for real estate brokers and heavily dependent on realtors to generate revenues. We pay lots of hard earned money to them for advertising properties on their portal to get leads, but recently in newspaper they have advertised to buy directly from owners. This is using our money to eliminate us from buying chain.
