Macedon Ranges Regional Sports Precinct - $9.5 million Victorian ALP commitment needed
The issue
The Macedon Ranges Regional Sports Precinct (MRRSP) urgently needs a Victorian Labor Party commitment of $9.5 million to complete Stage 2 of the project that will ensure critical sporting and community facilities can be delivered including:
o A second sports oval
o Sports field drop zone
o Sports ground pavilion extension including additional storage
o 3 x extra stadium courts to compliment Stage 1 courts
o Retractable seating for up to 1000 people to ensure regional competition and large scale school/community functions can be hosted
o Change rooms construction
o Multi-purpose room to cater for passive and alternate recreation options e.g. - dance, martial arts, community meetings, yoga, etc
By signing this petition I show my support for the call to have the Victorian Labor Party to commit $9.5m to Stage 2 of the MRRSP
