Thanks again for signing my petition which resulted in Amazon agreeing to start rolling out subtitles on its Amazon Instant Video service (previously LOVEFiLM) before the end of 2014. Great news: Amazon is sticking to their promise! Over the last three months Amazon has gone from offering zero access to people with hearing loss to subtitling 40% of their content, focusing on subtitling their most popular titles. They say that they still aim to subtitle 100% of content and will continue to make progress over the coming months. After years of being excluded, I can't explain how lovely it is to be able to sit and watch a movie on Amazon. I think 40% is a great start.
