On January 1, 2021 my 4 year old son was ran over in the parking lot of Bedico Supermarket in Ponchatoula Louisiana. He unfortunately passed away, I think passing a law that states speed bumps are required In all parking lots will  slow people down by the front door of store and stop another family from having to possibly go through what we have had to go through and save another child’s life. Please help me get  CALEB’S LAW passed in Louisiana that says all parking lot must have Speed Bumps along the front of the stores where children could be coming out and possibly save another child life.  

Caleb is our whole world, and we are completely lost without him, Everyday I replay the day we lost him in my head and think if speed bumps would have been there she would have had to have slowed down. And possibly seen Caleb. 

Private property or not it should be treaded like they highway, there should be a speed limit... neglect is neglect, it shouldn’t matter where you are, to many children are losing their lives do to people speeding and not paying attention...
