Jane lane school in bentley walsall had the 6th form take away when the school ofsted deemed the school as inadequate.  Children were away from school for months & upon return 6th form had gone and children who attended this had to be moved to other schools with 6th form!! Children at this school have already had to deal with lot when the school had to close, new teachers brought in, new classes etc.. now covid19 to deal with. Letters have no landed on year 11s parents doorsteps stating we need to now find a suitable place in 6th form at another school. Again we have to uproot our children who most took quite a while to get used to new settings.. i for one do not want my child moving, having to make new friends, get used to new teachers when there settled where they are!! School has come on alot since ofsted closed them down. NOW WE WANT OUR 6TH FORM BACK SO OUR CHILDREN CAN STAY AT THE PLACE THEY LOVE SO MUCH!!
