Schools in countries such as Finland and South Korea, which boast some of the highest educational standards, allow the measured use of technology in classrooms. The rule also affects students' ability to manage their own time and responsibilities. In an age where digital platforms facilitate organization, communication, and health monitoring, the phone ban limits our capacity to develop as independent, accountable individuals.
