To all Carmenanons ,we all know water is very essential with our daily living but we have been  suffering way too long ! We’ve been promised so many times with so many politicians but sadly the truth is “ no one really cares ! Furthermore Carmen Cebu, Philippines  is very wealthy of natural water supply but the Local Government supplied the water to Cebu City instead of supplying it  to the local first.
