Rupert Bear is the titular white bear of a comic book series of the same name created by Mary Tourtel in 1920. Over the years the series has had a number of TV series based off it.

First off in the 1970s came The Adventures Of Rupert Bear, which featured the characters as puppets. After that came a series that is simply called Rupert in 1985, which was all about illustrations and narration. Then in the 1990s came one of the most well known series by Nelvana that is called Rupert, of which used Toronto based voice actors we know well of giving British accents to their characters. The most recent series of the 2000s had been a stop motion show called Rupert Bear: Follow The Magic, which changed things up in many ways and had magic be the main focus.

Right now I think it might be time Rupert Bear was given his own movie, whether it be something fully animated or a live action/CGI hybrid. It doesn't matter what studio handles such a film, as long as though like Nelvana know of how the characters like in pretty much all other media from other the years are supposed to be British.
