More than 4400 Australians impacted and struggled from extremely bad Aramex Australia service.

Aramex CEO Othman Aljeda has been contacted via official Aramex email and NO any reply has been received.

Aramex Australia has lowest rating among all Australian  courier services. 

The issues identified are:

unprofessional courier delivery, useless and unreliable customer service, wrong customer service policies and procedures, lost and damaged parcels, unreasonable delays, breached delivery SLA etc.

There are more than twenty courier companies in Australia and all of them have not less than four star rating or over. 

It is a question to Fair Trade of Australia. How is it possible that such low rated courier company Aramex Australia still working in Australian courier/delivery service market?
