The government has to realize that, the use and selling of marijuana will not stop. By simply issuing charter or license to grow and sell marijuana will not only lower crime rates tremendously, it would give many jobs without fear on conviction. The money spent on prosecuting and jailing those convicted on marijuana charges could be put to better use and free up space for the real criminals. Time to take a stand and think for whats best for all, not some.
