Meeting Tuesday 26th July at the Old Grammar School with a Working Group at 7pm, an action plan will be made to prepare a statement to the Lancashire County Council, explaining how vital the Library is to the wider community of Whalley and surrounding villages. We only have until Sunday 14th August to submit our feedback to LCC. All feedback will be taken into consideration before final decisions are made in September 2016 by the county.
