The communities that the Whalley Library and the Spring Wood Children’s Centre serve have asked Lancashire County Council to consider the library and Children’s Centre in Whalley as vital asset, community hub and service center for its local communities. Today we have submitted the SAVE WHALLEY LIBRARY RESPONSE regards the consultation on changes to where Lancashire County Council provide services, along with signatures and comments supplied via an e-petition started by the Save Whalley Library group.
