In the last few years, Metro has taxed property, taxed business and taxed income to try to support their latest transportation projects.
Now Metro plans to tax wages.  This is NOT a tax on profits.  They plan to tax the payroll of local businesses and nonprofits….even churches and colleges.  

But guess what? Metro exempted themselves from this payroll tax.
