Since the closing of the Country Target in Manjimup earlier in 2021, the people of Manjimup now have no cheaper alternatives for clothing stores. There are a few other clothing businesses in town but they do not offer a low price point. 

Country Target in Manjimup was one of many stores closed down this year, leaving the town's people wondering what would come next, if anything! There was many speculations and rumours that Manjimup may get a KHub store, so let's hope this petition might get that hope moving in the right direction!

The closest other large format Kmart stores to Manjimup are in Busselton and Bunbury, both over 1.5 hours drive from the town. Not very convenient for a cheap pair of trackies or cheap baby clothing. The other town around Manjimup like Bridgetown, Pemberton, Greenbushes and further afield like Boyup Brook, would be able to take advantage of having a closer store. 

Let's help bring a Khub to Manjimup, to support those who don't want to (or can't) spend higher prices on clothing or housewares items. It would be a game changer for the town and it would encourage more visitors too.
