Culling of stray dogs is not the solution to manage the dog population in Kerala. Sterilization is a more long lasting and civilized method to do the same. It will also not affect the tourism and will also control dog population.

Animals are innocent...they are not aware of the cruel intentions of humans so let them be. Don't kill them.
