Now, Snapchat is rolling out a new update that limits free “Memories” storage to only 5 GB. This change is unfair, unnecessary, and threatens to delete countless irreplaceable photos and videos. 4️⃣ Communicate transparently about any future updates, but never delete user content as a way to drive revenue.
