The faster pace, the teamwork, and the overall style make it a mode people genuinely enjoy logging on to play.

Even with the glitches and bugs the mode has had, players are still playing it every day. That says a lot. Normally when a mode has issues, people stop playing, but with Ballistic the community keeps coming back because the gameplay itself is that good. Instead of removing it, this shows that the mode is worth fixing and keeping.
