We, the people of denton are deeply concerned about the repeated criminal actions of Anthony Alejo Martinez a convicted sexual predator who has been incarcerated four times but remains a danger to our community. Despite multiple convictions, this individual continues to pose a significant threat to the safety and well-being of others.It is our belief that justice has not been fully served and that allowing Anthony Alejo Martinez to remain free is an unacceptable risk. Sexual predators like Anthony Alejo Martinez have shown a clear pattern of harm, and there is no guarantee they will change. We believe that keeping this individual incarcerated is the only way to protect innocent people from future victimization. We urgently call upon local authorities, law enforcement, and the legal system to take immediate action to prevent further harm and to ensure that Anthony Alejo Martinez is kept incarcerated for the safety of our community.

We demand the following:

Permanent Incarceration: Given the repeat offenses and the danger posed, we request that Anthony Alejo Martinez remain in Jail without a bond. 

Comprehensive Risk Assessment: We urge that an updated psychological evaluation be conducted to assess the likelihood of recidivism and determine whether the offender poses a continuing risk to public safety.

Accountability: We request a full review of the case and ask that the legal system take necessary steps to ensure that Anthony Alejo Martinez is held accountable for their repeated actions and that further release is not considered.
