In these hard times I have to ask you all. Why is it that it is illegal to scalp tickets from certain events on a federal level but I can buy 14 PlayStation 5's at Walmart.com list them on eBay and get away with it. 

As a proud tech enthusiast I find the double standard in this legislation absolutely disgusting. I know your guy's pain. I've been to the sites to see the little button from "Coming Soon" to "Out of Stock". I've heard your cries of having no option but to pay double or sometimes more than MSRP just because of artificial scarcity that these individuals make. I'm sick and tired of seeing PlayStation 5 listing's on eBay going for obscene amounts of money and having 14+ sold. Let me tell you my story. I wanted to build a killer gaming system I was in the market for a new graphics card the Rx6800. I went directly on AMD's website. I was able to add it to the cart and the site was so bogged down that I couldn't even check it out and to my dismay it was out of stock when I could finally check it out. I didn't give in to these guys and it payed off and I got RTX 3070 out of luck from microcenter. I may be attacked by these scalpers but I don't care I am willing to go into the crossfire for all of you. lets let our cries be heard. I call for the expansion of ticket scalping laws to cover high end electronics, new releases, and make checkout bots strait up illegal. I bet the dudes at the bot mart discord are panicking as of this being posted as well along the cook group scalpers . My friends I know this seems impossible and i know the odds are against us but we must put up a good fight. I know the satisfaction of seeing these individuals getting taken down from these sites not being able to move their inventory and having to sell them at a loss just to make space in their homes will be glorious. eBay doesn't care all they care about is making their sellers fee. Sony and Microsoft hasn't even acknowledged the issue We demand answers. These shop bots are becoming a problem no matter what kind of  antibot protocols these websites implement these guys will find a way to circumvent it. We have to make software like this strait up illegal.

People may say "Oh its supply and Demand". Having 40 + Graphics cards in your closet in order to flip it for a profit is not supply and demand. We lost loved. We had to isolate ourselves from our love ones, Jobs, and Schools and I am so frustrated of the very few things that I am looking forward too this become ruined by people seeing dollar signs.

P.S I have a hunch at the end of this successful petition we will be seeing a lot of PlayStation 5's flood the second hand market for $450 if you want to add your local Govender or state representatives comment it down below and it will be added to the recipients list. I am also willing to add international recipients as well. If you see any typos kindly correct me I am an Engineer not a English Teacher.
