We all know the Charlotte Maxwell Jones running Kabul Small Animal Rescue.Due to change in government in Kabul,She and her team of 40 people and 250 dogs are struck there and Needs help from US government to help for Evacuation.
But,Due to No fly policy for non military dogs US governmenr not helped them.
She is saying they will arrange flight for evacuation but needs ground support of US army
