ONTARIO LETS OPEN OUR DOORS WHERE MONTREAL HAS CLOSED THEM!

This week Montreal passed their BSL, banning all new pit-bulls, or "pit-bull type" looking dogs.  As well as the possible murder of thousands of beautiful innocent dogs at the shelters.  Ontario, passed this about 10 years ago, and nothing has come out of it.  The number of dog bites have not decreased significantly, as they projected would happen.  As well, we removed one breed on top of the bite list, only to replace it with another.  To this day you can still find "pit-bull" type dogs in Ontario, and that is because there are millions of people who are true and in fact, dog lovers, and know the breed, and know that dogs are molded into what their owner wants them to be.   

Ontario, please help and sign this petition.  Let's lift this ban, that we all know won't work and let's initiate something civil and fair.  Instead of banning the breed, let's enforce regulations that you MUST abide by or else your dog will be removed from your home.  Let's have more animal workers on road maintaining the regulations, and ensuring that the registered owners of "pit-bulls" are following the rules imposed.  Instead of animal services only coming out when they are called, they can now visit the houses/properties where these registered "pit-bulls" are.  If we set out a law and make sure it's followed, there will be a decrease in dog bites, without completely banning the breed.  A completely fair approach to the saying "Law and Order"

Let's be the "better" guys and help these innocent dogs that are in much need of saving their lives.
