Every spring we change our clocks in March, in the dead of night, still wintery conditions here in Canada, to daylight savings time, except the province of Saskatchewan. This is an outdated practice which doesn't seem relevant anymore. There are more accidents, tired people, and loss of productivity during this time. It effects our health in a negative way. By eliminating the time change we reconnect with the earths natural rhythm, the natural sunrise/ sunset and our our own Circadian Rhythm. Circadian rhythms are physical, mental and behavioral changes that follow a roughly 24-hour cycle, responding primarily to light and darkness in an organism's environment. They are found in most living things, including animals, plants and many tiny microbes. For health reasons alone this will benefit many.
