Veronica Katrice Waller was more than just my best friend. She was woman of kindness in our community of Waynesboro, VA.

A woman with a heart of gold who would give the shirt off her back if someone else needed it more than her. She helped any and everyone out - she was the best friend I or anyone could ask for. A mother who loved her children and family dearly.

Veronica passed away Jan 16, 2024 due to head trauma, leaving her children, family, and friends all in deep pain and confusion. It's been too long without answers about what happened to Veronica.

There's many unanswered question that her children, family and myself need answers to.

Veronica children filed a missing person report on her Jan 7th, 2024.

After she was reported missing,  I printed off missing persons flyers that I had made and posted them all over Facebook and put them up  all around Waynesboro, Virginia

Luckily someone had messaged another friend of mine telling her she had found Veronica. Veronica was supposed to be brought to us but wasn't. So instead we got the phone number of the guys house she was at and called her, talked to her, the 2 females cops that came to me also heard the whole conversation and they went to go make sure she was safe at the address she gave the 2 females officers they also heard her on the phone tell myself, my friend and the 2 cops that she had been sleeping hadn't felt good and had a really bad migraine and they asked her for the address to where she was at so they could make contact and lay eyes on her so they could clear her from being a missing person so they went to the address. 

We are calling on all local law enforcement, Virginia State Police, and the FBI to intensify their efforts in investigating this case. We need them to utilize every resource at their disposal to uncover the truth behind what honestly happened to Veronica


We implore you not only as friends of Veronica but as concerned citizens that believe in justice for all members of our community regardless of their circumstances.
