This started just a few days ago, on 13th June, that the social media reported that four girls were attacked in a northern city in China, Tangshan. They were having meals in a local small restaurant, after they completed University Entrance Examination. 

A group of male customers in the same restaurant harassed one of the girls, and the four girls fought back. Then the attack began...

According to the latest unofficial social media, all four girls died in the brutal attacks by these men, and because Chinese government limits the information flows, no one knows whether the criminals are arrested, and whether all four girls all died, however the belief is that they did. 

My petition is: 

Publicly prosecute criminals responsible for the death of the school-girls in Tangshan beating.

The Chinese government has the obligation to allow the public to share information, and to provide the public with information regarding police work in pursuing, arresting, and prosecuting the individuals involved. Special laws should be constituted to provide safety for children and women in public places, and to provide financial and medical support for the victims' families.
