**Title:** 
End the Quota System: Fair Jobs for All in Bangladesh

**Petition:**
We are heartbroken over the ongoing student protests in Bangladesh which escalated from the 15th of July. The current quota system in government jobs unfairly reserves positions, denying many qualified candidates a chance.

**Background:**
While the quota system was meant to honor specific groups, it has turned into a barrier against fairness and equality in employment.

**Reasons for Petition:**
Students across the country are protesting peacefully, but their cries for justice are met with violence and tragedy from the local law enforcement and Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL). Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) is deceptively called a student organization, yet it operates as a ruthless government-backed entity that consistently works to suppress and harm students.

**Proposed Solution:**
We urge the Government of Bangladesh to:
- Reform the quota system to ensure jobs are based on merit.
- Provide justice for injured and deceased students.
