On April 16, 2023 as everyone may know a horrific crime was committed and a life was lost due to a senseless act of violent jealousy enrage for an innocent woman who was always there for everyone. The life of a mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt, and a friend to many. Nilda Rivera was known to most but to us she was our mother, our best friend, our problem solver, and most of all our peace. We are asking the people to help sign this petition so we can be her voice let us be heard, Domestic Violence is a serious crime and no one should ever be a victim to such crimes this MONSTER deserves the maximum sentence possible he is a danger to society and should never be let out again. If we don't take action he will be out again and another family will be distraught, when you commit such crimes and say in detail what you planned on doing this is not a matter of "Mental Illness" as this MONSTER is now claiming to have.
