You may ask what is this picture I have added? This is Joys tattoo that was on her shoulder. This tattoo spells J O Y. This tattoo was unclear to the police and stumped them. This picture came off a card my mom made for Joy. She loves the design and thought why not write my name on myself! I remember when she got the tattoo. It was done in Salisbury, MD. And if memory serves me correctly, the artist was Toby.
